Center for Career and Professional Development
As the newest department in the Student Affairs Division, our mission is to provide resources, programs, and other services to support the professional career-related needs of all Touro University California students and alumni. We serve as a single point of contact for employers interested in engaging with TU students, and provide these organizations formal mechanisms to identify and recruit the talented health care professionals and educators. Whether you are a student, employer, or alumnus, we look forward to working with you.
C&PD follows a Four Step Model of career development and you can learn more by clicking on the link.
In an effort to meet and serve more students, C&PD Director, Andrew Cronan will be making himself available for Walk-In Hours on Tuesday afternoons between Noon and 1PM each week (NOTE: this service was previously Wednesday but changed to Tuesdays starting March 6). Feel free to drop by to say hello, introduce yourself, or ask a quick question about the center or services!
Additionally for a limited time, Andrew will be alternating visits to Lander and Wilderman Halls, the Library, and the Farragut Inn to introduce himself to students on Thursdays between Noon and 1PM. We are calling these, “On-Locations Hour.”
For resume reviews, interview preparation, career exploration, or other career & professional development services feel free to email or call to make an appointment. Appointments are available beginning on the hour between 8AM and 4PM Monday through Thursday or 8AM through 2PM on Friday (with the exception of the Walk-In and On-Location Hours announced above).
