Academic Support Services

Students sometimes feel overwhelmed with the amount of information they must learn in order to be successful in graduate school.  Many students who were very successful in their undergraduate studies find themselves struggling with the demands of graduate school.  Academic Support is available to provide students with research proven strategies to efficiently learn the material necessary to be successful at Touro University.

We work with students one on one to create a strengths-based approach to learning.  Together we create an individual study plan to suit your needs.  Our goal is to work with students to create a balanced approach to learning.

Whether you are a new student or a returning one, Peer Tutoring services are available to students desiring to improve their academic performance. Note-taking services are also available to students who need a special note-taking accommodation. There is no charge for these services and requests for these services can be downloaded from this web page or obtained by visiting the Academic Support Services Office at 690 Walnut Ave, Suite 215.
