Requests are normally processed within 7 to 10 business days once the request form is received, longer during peak periods.

Forms may be submitted in person, by mail, by fax or by email.  Click here for the Office of the Registrar contact information.

 

 Please note:

  • The Annual FERPA Notice, Emergency Contact Form and Drug Free Workplace form must be completed when you first matriculate into Touro University California and then every fall semester until you leave TUC.
  • You must submit an original Request for Leave of Absence, Petition to Return to Classes and Withdrawal Form. These requests may not be processed unless the original forms have been received.
