Regalia Pickup Information


Student Regalia

You may pick up regalia ahead of time OR the day of the ceremony.

All regalia (Student and Faculty) for the May 26 or 27th  ceremonies are shipped to campus.   regalia is available for pick up in the Registrar's Office (690 Walnut Avenue, Suite 200)

Monday      May 11th    Noon-5pm

Tuesday      May 12th   8am-5pm

Wednesday May 13th   8am-5pm

Thursday    May 14th   8am-5pm.

Friday         May 15th   8am-2pm

Saturday/Sunday-  CLOSED

Monday        May 18     8am-5pm

Tuesday       May 19th   8am-5pm

Wednesday  May 20      8am-noon

At noon on  May 20th all remaining (unclaimed) regalia is packed and moved to the Zellerbach site or Lander Hall in the case of  the MS-MHS ceremony.  This remaining regalia will only be available the day of your ceremony. 

You may also send someone to pick it up on your behalf but that person will need a note granting your approval and will need to sign for your regalia. 

Please note: Regalia comes folded in plastic bags and will be wrinkled. If this is a concern for you, plan on picking up your regalia sometime during the dates provided above. Irons/Steamers will NOT be provided the morning of the ceremony.               

Regalia will be accepted for return  for one hour following each  ceremony.  Regalia not returned within this time period must be returned directly  to the Office of the Registrar, at 690 Walnut Avenue, Suite 200, by Friday, June 5th  Tams, robes, and hoods must be returned. Graduates may keep the year dated tassel and (Masters) morterboard cap.           

Regalia  that is not returned will  be charged to your account and  cause a hold on the release of transcripts and may delay release of a diploma.     

Faculty and Staff Regalia

Faculty and Staff regalia can also be picked up at the Walnut  Ave. address prior to the ceremony according to the above schedule or at  the Lander Hall site the day of the ceremony.
